Recording a Personal Voice Mail Greeting for Teams Calls

You can personalize your voice mail greeting in Teams using the Teams app on your computer, mobile device or physical Teams phone.

Setting up your personal voice mail greeting on the Teams phone

1. Tap on your profile picture/account icon in the upper right corner. If you do not have a profile picture the account icon in a little circle with your initials in it.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Tap on Calling.
4. Tap on Change voicemail greetings.
5. Follow the prompts.

2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Calls.
4. Click on Configure Voicemail.
5. Click on Record a greeting.
6. Follow the prompts.
