How to schedule your COVID test

IMPORTANT: If you do not feel well on the day of your scheduled test, please do NOT come to the testing site.

All tests will be conducted in Morrell Gym. The test will take no more than 15 minutes and you will need to bring your Bowdoin ID.

1. Go to the CovID 19 Testing Center events page.

2. Click "Register" next to the day you would like to schedule your test.

3. On the Registration panel for the day, click “Register”.

4. Choose the time slot that works best for you. There is a maximum of 20 people for each 15-minute time slot. If a slot is full, it will not appear in the list of available options.

5. Click "Confirm my Registration" at the bottom of the screen.

A Registration Confirmation will be sent to your Bowdoin email. This email includes a Time Slot calendar invite that you can download and add to your calendar.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I can't make the time slot for which I registered?
If you can't make your registered time, please return to the CovID 19 Testing Center events page, cancel your registration, and register for another time slot as soon as you can.

What happens if I miss my test?
Please contact immediately for instructions on rescheduling a test.

When will I get my test results?
Test samples will typically be delivered to the Broad Institute Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts by 5:30pm on the day of your test. We expect test results to be available online 24-48 hours later. You will receive an email from CareEvolve with a link and a registration code. For more details, see how to check your results online.
