Microsoft FindTime is an add-in available for Outlook that allows meeting organizers to create a poll for meeting invitees to vote on the best time to schedule a meeting. It is available for all Outlook platforms.


Once FindTime is installed, and a meeting poll has been sent, there are other things that can be done with FindTime, both as an attendee and an organizer. Below are links to Microsoft's documentation on the subjects.
