Email Templates
Information Technology's application for tracking tickets and requests, TeamDynamix, uses a series of templates in order to send email messages to both clients and "workers" for a variety of processes. Since the application was adopted in January of 2017, a standard email template design has been used.
Based on feedback from our clients there was a desire to come up with a new design that was easier to understand, had more information in them, including our contact information and provide links to where clients could interact or view their requests on the web.
Old Templates versus New Templates
Below you will find examples of both the old templates and new templates, based on scenario (when they may be emailed to you). You can use this as reference as one way to verify if a message is spam or real.

Other miscellaneous emails
There are a variety of other scenarios where an email is sent automatically from the IT ticketing system. They will all appear similar to the new templates as shown above. Other situations may include, but are not limited to:
- Ticket Updates
- Ticket Task Update
- Ticket Closed / Resolved
- Survey Requests
