Beginning Wednesday, March 10, Information Technology will be changing the look of email messages that are automatically generated from the TeamDynamix ticket request system.
The new email templates were developed based on feedback from our clients. Different points of contact within the ticket request system send different email messages, however each message will look similar and has the following features:
- Important information is more obvious and separated from any additional instructions.
- Contact information for the Service Desk is provided to make it easier to reach out if needed.
- A large button has been introduced that will take a client directly to their ticket where they can add additional information and view the current status of the ticket.
- Any embedded images have been removed which eliminates any error messages from some email clients.
