Setting up and Starting a Meeting in Teams or Zoom using the Owl Meeting Pro Video Conferencing Camera

After setting up your Owl video conferencing camera, you can start your first meeting in Teams or Zoom!

Question

Now that I have my Owl camera connected how do I set it up and how do I use it with Microsoft Teams or Zoom?

Solution

Setting up the Owl Pro Camera

1. The best location for the Owl is at the end or the center of the table. It should be at least three feet from a TV, and no more than eight feet from the farthest attendee.  The Owl can also be mounted to a tripod and positioned in the center of a room.  
   
    
2. Turn the Owl over and plug in the USB cable and power adapter  
3. Connect the Meeting Owl Pro to an in-room computer or laptop via USB and plug the Owl into power.
