  • Can I present wirelessly in a classroom?

Environment

Classroom outfitted with a wireless presentation device including Solstice Pod or Apple TV.

Resolution

Many classrooms are equipped with a device that allows basic presentations to be done wirelessly from a laptop or mobile device. You can present video and audio from a device to a room's projector and speakers without wires, giving instructors the freedom to walk around the room, or start presenting quickly.

How you present wirelessly depends on the device in the room. If a room is equipped, the device name is shown on the touch panel.

AirPlay from an iPad or iPhone

Apple TV

Rooms equipped with an Apple TV will allow Apple products to present either through AirPlay or with an app called Ditto. Windows devices can present using the Ditto app.
