Overview of Known Issue

Workday has identified an issue affecting the 'View Saved Schedules for Student' task . This impacts both staff and students who are using the task to review saved schedules that include course sections with a Reserved Capacity configured. Specifically, the system is incorrectly displaying an alert that states the student does not meet the Reserve Capacity Eligibility Rule, even when the student does, in fact, meet the requirements.

Original Alert

Workday has identified an issue affecting the 'View Saved Schedules for Student' task . This impacts both staff and students who are using the task to review saved schedules that include course sections with a Reserved Capacity configured.

Specifically, the system is incorrectly displaying an alert that states the student does not meet the Reserve Capacity Eligibility Rule, even when the student does, in fact, meet the requirements.

On the 'View Saved Schedules for Student' screen, users are seeing the following alert:

"You won't be able to register for these course sections because only reserved capacity seats are available and you don't meet the eligibility requirements for them."

This alert is misleading as it may cause staff and students to believe they are ineligible for courses for which they can actually register.

A student's saved schedule displays, showing an error indicating that the student will not be able to register due to not meeting reserved seat eligibility.

Our teams have identified the root cause and are actively working on a fix. We will update this alert once the fix is finalized and a timeline is established. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team finalizes the solution.
