Roux 232 is a small conference room designed to hold in-room and remote classes using web technologies such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Location: Roux Center, Room 232.
Hours: Open by reservation.
Room Type: Classroom.
Seating Capacity: 8.
Reservations: Contact the Campus Scheduler.
Technology
Available to the Instructor:
- Mersive Solstice Pod (Wireless Presentation Solution).
- Mac Mini providing Mac OS and a virtual Windows operating system (installed in the equipment rack, in the room)
- A list of software for either operating system can be found here.
Please note that there is no instructor monitor in this room
A/V Technologies:
- PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) web camera wall mounted under the TV.
- Sharp 70" LED Display.
- Crestron Touch Screen providing controls for AV, lights and shades.
- Room audio.
- Vocal reinforcement Instructor: No.
- Vocal reinforcement Audience: Yes - Hanging ceiling microphones dispersed throughout the room.
- NOTE: The PTZ web camera and hanging microphones are the primary Zoom/MS Teams devices!
