Directory Privacy Settings


Bowdoin faculty and staff may request changes to the default privacy settings for their Online Directory record and Online Directory photo using this form.

Employees may choose from showing their directory information publicly for anyone on and off campus to see, or to show their directory information only to those on the Bowdoin network. They can also choose separately to have their OneCard photo displayed or not.

To request changes to your Online Directory visibility settings, click the "Change Settings" button on the right.
