Getting Started

This Getting Started page will provide you general information on how to navigate and use our self-service portal. Through this site, you can request service and assistance from IT staff, find answers to your IT questions and even ask some of your own for your fellow faculty, staff and students to answer if possible.

The Service Catalog is an organized collection of technology, academic and business services provided by Information Technology. It gives you a single location to browse and search for services and to make requests as needed. When you select a service you can view it's description, any eligibility information, see a list of related services and generate a request for that service.

The Knowledge Base is a central collection of information related to the services, applications and offerings provided by Information Technology. The articles can include known error messages, how-to and troubleshooting guides, setup information, FAQs and more. Each page inside the Knowledge Base is known as an article.
