IT has several thousand physical network ports across all buildings on campus. While we work to ensure that they are all in working order, due to the sheer volume of ports and the number of people coming and going, some will end up broken from time to time. Click the button on the right to request that an IT technician come and repair your broken port.

This request can be made by any student, faculty or staff member.
Service Promise
We will work to repair your network port within 3 business days however, during busier times of the year, it may take longer for us to be able to get to your request.
