  • Canvas
  • CampusGroups
  • Self Service
  • Microsoft OneNote
  • Microsoft OneDrive
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Zoom

Apps available through Self Service

The Self Service app provides access to additional free and licensed apps curated by Bowdoin IT. Open the Self Service app on your iPad to browse and install any of these apps at any time. The list may change each semester as new apps are added or removed.

Apps currently available in Self Service include:

  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Adobe Fresco
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Premiere Rush
  • GlobalProtect (VPN)
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Remote Desktop
  • Microsoft Whiteboard
  • Microsoft Word
  • Notability
  • Termius
  • VNC Viewer
Note: The app list in Self Service is updated periodically. If an app you expected to find is missing, check Self Service again after the start of a new semester or contact the Service Desk.

Personal apps

You can download any app from the Apple App Store using your personal Apple ID. Personal apps install and work alongside Bowdoin-managed apps. The IT Service Desk supports the apps listed above; for personal apps, contact the app developer or Apple Support.
