Requests in the following categories include all things relating to a user's account (name, display name, email address, etc.). They also relate to access to various systems and services such as file access, access to services like CMS and more.

All services related to email messaging (send/receive, configuration) and calendars including personal calendars, shared and department calendars and the Campus calendar. There are also service requests related to communication tools like Skype for Business, Zoom and collaboration tools such as Confluence.
