Environment

This article applies to Bowdoin faculty, staff, and students who own video content that was recorded in Microsoft Teams. In Microsoft Teams, recorded video content is saved to a web application called Microsoft Stream, which lets library owners download their content to share on another platform or to upload to a personal archive.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in at office365.bowdoin.edu.
  2. Use the search or the side bar within Microsoft 365 to find the Stream app.
  3. On the top menu bar in the Stream app, select My Content > Videos.
  4. Find the video you want to download and click the three dots on the right side for More Actions.
  5. From the More Actions menu, select Download Video.
  6. The file will download to your web browser's download location (by default this is usually your Downloads folder).
