This article applies to all current Bowdoin faculty, staff, and students who need in-person technology support. The Tech Hub is available to the entire Bowdoin community and does not require an appointment, though appointments are encouraged during busy periods.

The Tech Hub is Bowdoin IT's walk-up support service, staffed primarily by student employees who are trained and supervised by IT's Client Services division. The Tech Hub serves all current Bowdoin faculty, staff, and students.

Note: The Tech Hub supports Bowdoin-issued devices. For personal device issues, Tech Hub staff can offer general guidance but full support is not guaranteed.

Regular Semester Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Break Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday – Sunday: Closed
