Resolution

If Self Service is not installed, or is no longer installed on a Bowdoin-issued Mac due to accidental deletion, assistance from Information Technology (IT) staff is required.

  • If you have a laptop, bring the laptop to the Tech Hub in Smith Union during business hours.
  • If you have a desktop, or are unable to come to the Tech Hub, contact the Service Desk and IT can provide remote assistance to repair the issue.
