- Using Bowdoin-supported email, calendar, and contact lists which include Microsoft Outlook, Apple's Mail app, Apple's Calendar app, and Apple's Contacts app.
Resolution
To receive assistance with Outlook or any of Apple's mail, calendar, and contacts apps, current Bowdoin staff, faculty, and students have a variety of options.
- They can come to the Tech Hub in Smith Union during regular operating hours.
- They can enter a request online for someone to follow back up with them.
- They can ask Bowdoin Bot by clicking the polar bear avatar in the lower-right corner of this page and when prompted, enter your question or issue. If the bot knows the information, it'll help.
- They can join a live chat session by clicking the polar bear avatar in the lower-right corner of this page and when prompted choose Chat with live agent (only available during business hours).
