Resolution

Often after a transfer from one phone or iPad to another, you need to enter your password or set up email again.

  1. Open the Settings app on your new iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Apps.
  3. Scroll down or search for Mail.
  4. If your Bowdoin account is already listed, tap on it. You should be prompted to enter sign in again. This usually fixes the issue.
  5. If your Bowdoin account is not already listed, follow the steps in "How to setup Apple's Mail app for iPhone and iPad" linked under the Related Articles section.
