- Can I access Calendly with a Bowdoin account?
- Is there a Calendly alternative at Bowdoin?
- What can I use instead of Calendly at Bowdoin?
- How do I let people self-schedule time with me without using Calendly?
Environment
This article applies to all Bowdoin College faculty, staff, and students looking for a scheduling tool that allows others to self-book appointments with them.
Resolution
Bowdoin College does not have licensing for Calendly, and faculty, staff, and students are discouraged from using it for appointment scheduling.
Microsoft offers a built-in alternative called Personal Bookings, which provides the same self-scheduling functionality and is included with your Bowdoin Microsoft 365 account at no additional cost. For instructions on getting started, see Microsoft Personal Bookings in the Related Articles section.
Note: Personal Bookings is designed for personal 1:1 scheduling. If you need a shared scheduling calendar for a team or department, see Microsoft Bookings - Getting Started Guide in the Related Articles section.
