Kanbar 107 is a classroom that offers professors the flexibility of instructing students in a traditional setting, while at the same time allowing them to bring technology into their instruction. The classroom is designed to help professors and students give elaborate multimedia presentations.
Location: Kanbar Hall, Room 107.
Hours: Open by Reservation.

Technology
Instructor Station, Podium or Presentation Area:
Presentation Computer: This room does not have an instructor computer, it is laptop carry-in only.
Podium or Table: AirTouch sit/stand instructor desk (Push the lever to gently raise or lower the desk to suit your needs).
- Note: HDMI, USB, and Ethernet Laptop/iPad hook-up available at instructor's station.
- Lumens Document camera.
Installed Room Audio-Visual (AV) Technologies:
Projector or Display: Panasonic PT-FRQ50WU Hi-Definition Laser Projector.
AV System Controls: Table Top Crestron touch panel controls.
Blu-Ray/DVD/CD System: There is a Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player, it is located in the AV rack at the far end of the room.
Audio: Room Audio with ceiling recessed speakers.
Room Camera: Two PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) web cameras (One ceiling mounted to capture the instructor, one wall mounted to capture the audience).
Vocal Reinforcement:
- Instructor: Yes - Shure and CatchBox Lavaliere microphone/body pack to room audio with rechargeable docks (Reside on top of the AV rack).
- Audience: Yes - CatchBox and Ceiling microphones dispersed throughout the room.
- NOTE: The PTZ web cameras, lavalieres, CatchBox and ceiling microphones are the primary Zoom/MS Teams devices!
Wireless Presentation: Wireless presentation available via Apple TV.
- Supports AirPlay for MacOS and iPadOS. Use Ditto for Windows.
- 3 wall-mounted whiteboards.
- Vertical window blinds.
