Junk Mail Folder

Body

What is my Junk folder and what does it do?

The Junk folder is a folder that is automatically created inside your mailbox. When messages are sent to you that are determined to be bulk email messages, spam in nature but not malicious enough to be sent to quarantine, or from senders that you have flagged as junk senders, they will be delivered automatically to your Junk mail folder.

Mail can be placed in the Junk folder automatically by Outlook or by your own choosing.

You can manage your junk senders list from Outlook on Windows or from Outlook.com. Unfortunately, you can not modify your junk senders from Outlook on macOS or from Apple's Mail application.
