2026 February 10 - Missing Information from Student Profile

Overview of Issue

On the afternoon of Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, students reported being unable to see their class standing (e.g. Sophomore Second Semester) in Workday. Staff from the Registrar's Office and Enterprise Services IT Team investigated the issue and discovered that it is a bug with Workday that was introduced during a regular weekend update.

The Bowdoin team has reported the issue to Workday, who has analysts looking into a fix.
