Environment

This article applies to all Bowdoin faculty, staff, and students making photocopies using a PaperCut-enabled multi-function device (MFD) on campus. Photocopying is available on all campus MFDs — no special setup or additional account is required beyond your standard Bowdoin login.

Resolution

  1. Go to a PaperCut-enabled MFD and sign in. Tap your Bowdoin OneCard ID on the card reader, or enter your Bowdoin username and password on the touch screen.

  2. Tap Device Functions on the main PaperCut screen.

  3. Tap Copy from the device functions menu.

  4. Place your document in the feeder tray or on the scanner glass. Adjust any settings — such as number of copies, paper size, or two-sided copying — then tap Start to begin.
