Office 365 SPAM Alert

Since our migration of Faculty and Staff email accounts to Office 365, attackers have identified a way to send large amounts of spam into our system by using compromised Bowdoin accounts. In order to eliminate this issue now and into the future, changes are being made.

Effective immediately, all faculty and staff email accounts will required 2-Step authentication for email

Regardless of how email is received, all accounts will need to use Duo 2-Step authentication. This is the same authentication used for Workday and elsewhere on campus.
