Resolution

If your department or organization is interested in using Campus Groups, follow these steps:

  1. Take a short tour of CampusGroups (approximately 13 minutes) to familiarize yourself with the platform's core features.
  2. Complete a service request through the Service Catalog to provide details about how you plan to use the platform. A member of the Service Desk team will contact you within a few business days to discuss setup.

Group officer roles

Each department or organization can have a maximum of 3 officers. Officers can:

  • Manage group membership
  • Create sub-groups within your group
  • Create and manage events
  • Send notifications and emails to group members
  • Create forms and surveys
  • Report on group activity
  • Tag users and award badges
