Overview of Process

Students can register for courses for an upcoming academic period during their registration appointment. Students can view the start date and time of their registration appointment in their Academics Hub and from their student profile. Registration opens for students at the start date and time of their registration appointment and stays open, aside from the Waitlist Re-Ordering Period for the academic period determined by the Curriculum and Educational Policy Committee (CEP).

 

View Registration Appointments from the Academics Hub

  1. Click the Global Navigation Menu button in the top-left corner of your screen.

    User clicks the Global Navigation Menu button in the top-left of the Workday Homepage.
     
  2. The Global Navigation Menu will display with a list of your applications and dashboards. Click the Academics Hub.

    User selects the Academics Hub from the Global Navigation menu.
     
  3. View the Registration Appointments section for the date and time of your current and upcoming registration appointments. Click View Saved Schedules to navigate directly to any saved schedules.

    The Academics Hub opens to the Academics Overview screen. The Registration Appointments section is highlighted and displays the user's registration appointments.

 

View Registration Appointments from your Student Profile

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

    The Workday Homepage displays. User clicks the profile icon.
     
  2. Click the View Profile button.

    Profile menu opens. User clicks View Profile.
     
  3. Click the Academics tab.

    The user's student profile displays. User clicks Academics tab.
     
  4. Click the Plan sub-tab.
  5. Scroll down and view the Next Registration Appointment field.

    User clicks the Plan sub-tab. The user's Academic Plan displays and their Next Registration Appointment.
     
  6. To view a full list of upcoming registration appointments, hover your cursor next to the Registration Appointments hyper-link

    User clicks the hyperlinked number next to Registration Appointments.
     
  7. Click View Details.

    User clicks View Details.
     
  8. View all upcoming registration appointments.

    The user's upcoming registration appointments display.
