The Workday Knowledge Base is designed to be your one-stop shop for all things Workday. The Knowledge Base includes, frequently asked questions, job aids, and both policy and procedure information. You can also make suggestions on content creation and modification by submitting feedback on any knowledge base article.
AI Chatbot
Bowdoin Bot can answer many questions related to Workday at Bowdoin. It isn't a search engine, but rather a tool for our customers to have a conversation with, to assist with tasks, next steps, and to try to find a helpful solution to your questions. Submit a Support Request
You can submit a support request as a student, faculty, or staff member by pressing a corresponding button in the boxes below. Your request will be routed to an office specializing in the topic area and someone will respond as soon as they can.
Submit a Feature Request
You can submit a Workday feature request as a student, faculty, or staff member and let the Workday Product Managers know what you'd like to see from Workday in the future. Your request will be reviewed and saved for something to possibly implement or it will be passed on to Workday as something that could benefit the entire platform.
