Hatch 012 is a seminar room that offers professors the flexibility of instructing students in a classroom environment, while at the same time allowing them to bring technology use into their coursework. The classroom is designed to help professors and students give elaborate audio and video presentations.

Hours: Open by reservation.

  • Mac Mini providing Mac OS and a virtual Windows operating system.
  • 21.5" Crestron Touch Panel/Instructor Monitor.
  • Logitech 1080p Webcam w/built-in microphone.
    • NOTE:  Primary Zoom/MS Teams device!
  • A list of software for either operating system can be found here.

A/V Technologies:

  • Panasonic PT-RZ570WU DLP laser Projector.
    • Ceiling Mounted, native resolution of 1920 x 1200.
  • Crestron Touch Panel Controls.
  • Region Free Blu-ray/DVD/CD Player.
    • Note: Located in the AV SmartBox pull-down tray.
  • Room Audio.
  • Vocal reinforcement Instructor:  No.
  • Vocal reinforcement Audience:  No.

Additional Information:

  • Wall-mounted whiteboard, 1 mobile whiteboard.
  • Small, mobile chalkboard.
