Environment

This article applies to Bowdoin students, faculty, and staff using the Microsoft Outlook desktop app on macOS. Outlook is part of Microsoft 365 and can be installed from the Applications folder after the software is available on the Mac.

Resolution

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook from the Applications folder.
  2. Select Get Started.

  4. Enter your full Bowdoin email address, then select Next.

  5. When prompted, enter your Bowdoin credentials at the Okta login.
  6. Select Start Using Outlook.

  8. Select Done.
