Difficulty Connecting to Wifi

Hello! Since the recent required password change, I have been unable to log into Bowdoin school wifi. I have a Mac, and when I click on the wifi option, it shows a failure to connect notification and will flash a login prompt for username and password for about a quarter of a second before disappearing, and connecting to guest wifi.

I am not sure why it flashes this login screen for such a short time, it is so quick it took me a few tries to even identify that it is the required login screen for the Bowdoin wifi. Pretty specific, but any fix for this? Thanks.

Cameron,

I assume you've restarted your Mac recently? Do you happen to know what version of OS X you're using? We've seen this issue on a few machines lately and there are a number of different fixes. If you have time, it might be best to stop down at Student Technical Services in the basement of Thorne Hall (enter through the Coles Tower lobby). We can take a look and see if we can get you back up and running.
