Environment
This article applies to Bowdoin faculty, staff, and students, as well as friends and family who have access to Workday.
Resolution
There are different ways to log in to Workday.
Option 1: Direct Access for Everyone with Permission
- Open a web browser.
- In the address bar, enter
https://workday.bowdoin.edu.
- Bowdoin staff, faculty, and students click the top link on the left side of the page that says Employees and Students - Click Here.
- Friends and Family click the bottom link on the left side of the page that says Friends and Family - Click Here.
- If or when prompted, enter your username and password. For Friends and Family, this username is different from your email address.
- When successful, you are directed to the Workday Home Page.
Option 2: For Staff, Faculty, and Students Only
- Open a web browser.
- In the address bar, enter
https://login.bowdoin.edu.
- If or when prompted, enter your username and password.
- Locate the Workday tile in Okta and click it to be directed to Workday.
- You are directed to the Workday Home Page.
The Workday Home Page
The Workday Home Page is the main landing page where you start when you sign in to Workday. When navigating throughout Workday, to return to the home page at any time, click the OneWorkday logo (the image of the polar bear leaning on the letter B) in the upper-left corner of any screen.
