Environment
This article applies to all Bowdoin faculty, staff, and students with a Bowdoin Microsoft Teams account. Bowdoin Bot can be added as an app inside Teams, letting you ask technology and Workday questions without leaving Teams. The Bowdoin Bot app is available in the Teams app store.

Resolution
- Sign in to Microsoft Teams with your Bowdoin account.
- In the left sidebar, select Apps (the grid icon, sometimes labeled +Apps).
- In the search field, type Bowdoin Bot.
- Select the Bowdoin Bot tile from the search results.
- On the Bowdoin Bot detail page, click Add.
- On the confirmation screen, click Add again.
- Once installed, select Open to launch Bowdoin Bot immediately, or find it later by selecting the Bowdoin Bot icon in the left sidebar.
Tip: After installation, the Bowdoin Bot icon appears in the left column of Teams. Select it any time to open a chat with the bot and ask technology or Workday questions.
