Maine Street Station (located above Pomelo and the Amtrak train station at 16 Station Avenue) offers a variety of short-term and one-off workspace options:

  • 8 cubicles with sit/stand desks
  • 1 standing desk
  • 1 open sitting area
  • 3 small huddle spaces (seats 3–4 people)
  • 1 medium open meeting space (seats 12–16 people)
  • 1 large conference room (seats 12–15 people)

Additional amenities include a color printer/scanner/fax machine, mobile and glass whiteboards, 2 gender-neutral restrooms, a relaxation/tech-free zone, shared lunch area, refrigerator, coffee maker, and Keurig brewer.

Location and hours

Maine Street Station is located at 16 Station Avenue (above Pomelo and the Amtrak train station). Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM. An alarm is set automatically outside of these hours.

Access is via the door in the breezeway next to the train station. A OneCard ID reader is to the right of the door; a buzzer is also available if needed.
