Environment
Teams phones, unlike other phone systems, allow their users to sign in and out so that they can be shared or used by more than one person over time. In order to allow others to sign in to a device, you must first sign out.
Resolution
To sign out of a Teams phone, follow these steps:
- On the phone, tap your initials or picture in the upper-right corner of the screen
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Sign out
- When prompted if you are sure, tap OK. Teams will now sign you out of the device and you will no longer receive calls on it.
