This article applies to all current Bowdoin faculty, staff, and students who want to publish an event to the official Bowdoin College event calendar at bowdoin.edu/calendar.
- Tool required: Campus Groups — Bowdoin's platform for event management and room reservations

Resolution
Events published on the official Bowdoin College Calendar are created and managed through Campus Groups. To have your event appear on the College Calendar, create it in Campus Groups following the steps in How to Request a Room Reservation and Manage an Event in the Related Articles section.
Note: Not all Campus Groups events are automatically published to the College Calendar. The event visibility settings in Campus Groups control which events appear publicly on the website calendar. Review the event management guide for details on publication settings.
