Environment

This article applies to Bowdoin students who need to print, scan, or copy on campus:

  • Who: All enrolled Bowdoin students.
  • What: Campus PaperCut printers available for student use, accessible via the Find-Me-Print queue or by individual printer name when releasing from the web portal.
  • Not covered: Department printers assigned to faculty or staff offices. Guest and visitor printing is a separate process — see the Guest Printing Request service in the Service Catalog.

Resolution

How Find-Me-Print works: When you print, always send your job to the Find-Me-Print queue. Your document is held in PaperCut until you release it at any campus MFD using your OneCard. If you release from the PaperCut web portal, you will need to select a specific printer from the list below.

The table below lists all printers available to students. A Multi-function printer (MFD) can print, copy, and scan. A Color printer supports color output. A Black and white printer prints in grayscale only.
