What happens if we have a folder with emails older than 2 years and emails in the same folder younger than 2 years?

Great question. The emails will split up. The email messages older than 2 years will go into the "Online Archive - [Folder Name]" folder and the newer messages will stay in the [Folder Name] folder. [Folder Name] being the name of the folder where the messages are saved.
