For faculty, staff or students looking to receive live software support for applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and many more.

To report a campus-wide technology emergency our outage outside of normal IT operating hours.

Please note: Vitalyst can not help with most Bowdoin-specific applications such as Polaris, Blackboard, The Raiser's Edge, etc.


Customers calling the Service Desk outside of normal operating hours will automatically be transferred to Vitalyst. To reach them during operating hours, call the Service Desk at (207) 725-3030 and press '5'.
