- Is Visio an available application on campus?
Environment
Visio is an application provided by Microsoft for Windows 10 that can be used to create diagrams, line drawings, flow charts and org charts. Visio is only available for Windows 10 and is not part of the standard Microsoft 365 suite.
Resolution
Visio is not an application that is part of the Microsoft 365 suite of tools. There is an annual, per-person cost for Visio. While faculty or staff may request a license, there may be longer than normal lead-times for a license to become available (up to a month). Manager approval may also be necessary as there is an additional cost for the product.
Students are not eligible for Visio through the college at this time.
