This article contains links for supported headsets available directly from W.B. Mason. IT is not providing headsets for Teams Calling however each department can order their own via their W.B. Mason account holder.

* Pay attention to the interface type. All physical phones have a USB-C connection. All newer Macs (4 years old or newer) and most newer PCs can use USB-C type connectors. Older computers will be USB-A capable. If you are unsure of what type of connection you need, please contact the Service Desk before placing any orders.
Please note: The headsets listed on this page are supported options available through W.B. Mason. Because headsets are the responsibility of each department, be sure to verify with any budget managers before making purchases.
Other Options
Other headsets with microphone capabilities may also work with Teams Calling. Most headsets that are compatible with either an iPhone, iPad or computer will still work with Microsoft Teams however they are not supported by IT.
Some options include
- Apple AirPod / AirPod Pro / AirPod Max
- Beats Headphones
- Jabra Earbuds
- Bose Headphones with Microphone
- Many more
