Environment
Microsoft FindTime is an add-in that you can use from Outlook to poll meeting attendees to discover the best time to meet. It allows a meeting organizer to send multiple time options and minimize the back and forth of emails to coordinate scheduling. If you don't have FindTime installed, look for a link to the instructions under the "Related Articles" section on this page.
