Environment
Students, faculty, and staff may have signed in to their Apple iCloud account on their Bowdoin-issued device. When the device comes in for service or is being replaced, they must sign out of their iCloud account beforehand.
Resolution
Apple has provided good instructions on how to sign out of iCloud on an iPad, iPhone, MacBook Pro, and Apple Watch.
