The "quicksearch" feature on the bowdoin.edu website allows users to get suggested page results when they type in keywords. For example, if you start typing "newspaper," a suggested result for the Bowdoin Orient will appear.
Quicksearch is available through the search bar in bowdoin.edu's main navigation (on any page of the bowdoin.edu site) on all devices.
The database of keywords and search results powering the quicksearch feature is maintained by the Office of Communications and Public Affairs. We regularly edit this database based on search results, 404 page reports, and feedback from offices across campus. You may submit your quicksearch suggestions through the website service request form. Please note we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
