All faculty, students and administrative staff have been allocated a Zoom license. If there is a need for support staff to have access to Zoom, complete this service request.
Available To
Support staff may request a Zoom Pro license. If a license is available, it will be applied as requested.
Note: Licenses will be reviewed from time to time and a license that has not been used for more than 3 months may be taken away to make room for others. If this happens and the requester discovers they need a license again, a new license can be requested.
Service Promise
Zoom licenses will be applied in the order that the requests are received. Application of a license can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 days. All requests will be completed within 2 business days, unless licenses are not available.
