The OneCard is Bowdoin's official campus ID card, used for building and door access, dining, the library, and more. The OneCard office handles card issuance, physical access permissions, key distribution, and vendor and department card issues. Use this service to submit any OneCard request to the OneCard office.

Use this request to end previously authorized card access for a Bowdoin faculty member, staff member, student, or contractor. Requests must be submitted by a supervisor, department head, or authorized department coordinator.

Use this request to contact the OneCard office about anything not covered by the other offerings — including lost, stolen, or damaged cards, vendor and department card issues, and general questions.

Students with a PaperCut balance below $3.00 can request $3.00 in additional free print funds for coursework. Approval required. Not for faculty or staff.
