All Bowdoin faculty, staff and students have access to a single personal email address in Microsoft 365. Additional email addresses (shared mailboxes) can be requested to be used by departments or small groups.
Available To
Requests can be made by current faculty and staff. For student organizations wishing to request a shared email address, permission may be requested of a supporting faculty or staff member.
Service Promise
We will work to create the shared mailbox within 5 business days.
