Report a Digital Sign or Carousel Problem

Use this request to report a digital sign that is not working, or to get help signing in to or using Carousel.

When to Use This

  • A sign is blank, showing "no signal," or completely offline.
  • A sign is frozen or not updating with new content.
  • A sign is showing the wrong or outdated content.
  • Your content isn't appearing or isn't scheduling correctly in Carousel.
  • You can't sign in to Carousel, or you need help creating or publishing a bulletin.

When NOT to Use This

  • Do you need to give someone access to a sign? Use Manage Digital Sign Access in the Related Services section.
  • Do you want a brand-new display added to a space? Use Request a New Digital Display in the Related Services section.
  • Is a classroom or meeting-room display or projector broken (not a digital sign)? Use Report a Room Technology Issue under Classrooms, Conference Rooms, & Meeting Spaces.

Before You Submit

  • The name or location of the sign (building and area).
  • What is happening and when it started.
  • A photo of the screen or error, if possible.

What Happens Next

A Service Desk technician reviews your request within 2 business days Content and software issues are handled by the Service Desk, and a physical display or hardware issue is routed to the appropriate technology team. A completely offline public sign is prioritized.
