Manage Digital Sign Access

Use this request to add or remove a person's access to publish to a specific digital sign or Carousel zone.

When to Use This

  • A new person in your department needs to publish to your sign.
  • Someone has left the department or changed roles and should no longer publish.
  • You want to change who manages content for a display your department owns.
  • Your department needs its first publisher set up for a sign.

When NOT to Use This

  • Is a sign broken, offline, or is content not appearing? Use Report a Digital Sign or Carousel Problem in the Related Services section.
  • Do you need a brand-new display added? Use Request a New Digital Display in the Related Services section.

Before You Submit

  • The name of the person whose access is changing.
  • The sign or zone the change applies to.
  • Whether you are adding or removing access.

What Happens Next

The Service Desk verifies the request with the display's department owner if needed, then updates the person's Carousel access, usually within 1 to 3 business days. The person then has access to the specified sign or zone.
