Explanation of Service Offering

PaperCut can scan to a variety of locations including OneDrive, email, a Microsoft Teams folder, and a SharePoint document folder. Some of these locations are available automatically, however some need to be requested by members of the community. To request that one of these locations be added to a multi-function device, complete the request for attached to this service offering.

Environment

The addition of PaperCut allows faculty, staff, and students the opportunity to scan from a multi-function device (MFD) several different locations. This new functionality is built-in to the PaperCut product and can be configured on a per-device level.

Cost

There is no cost to request the addition of a new scan location.

Service Promise

Once received and evaluated, please allow 2-3 business days for a new location to be added to a MFD.
